For all orders under €100 a standard delivery cost of €3.95 applies for England, Scotland and Wales. This should take between 2-5 working days.

It's become a little more expensive for us to send an item to Ireland and we have had to increase the price to €5.00. This should take between 3-5 working days.

Standard delivery to Mainland Europe costs €8.50, North America and the rest of the world costs €8.50. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are.

Your order will posted first class post, recorded delivery or courier service. For recorded delivery or courier service a signature will be required. If you know that you are usually out when the postman arrives you can select to have the parcel sent to an alternative address.

We stand firmly over the products that we make, after all that is what we make all the fuss about. We believe in quality and will not be happy until you are. We want you to tell your friends about us.

If our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will exchange them or give you your money back.

How to return

"The return pass has to be done right and for the right reasons. If it's not done right, then everyone starts complaining and we don't want that."

To simplify the returns process we have included a return address sticker. Please fill in the reverse side of the invoice and tell us why you are returning the goods so that we can quickly put it right. Make sure to obtain proof of posting at the Post office when you send your goods back.
