Now, unlike people that go to national league matches who get no credit for their dedication, we want to reward you for your loyalty to Squareball. So we have come up with a clever plan that means you can get money off your next purchase because you have already bought something.
We think this is fierce smart altogether now, and hopefully you will too.
It is simple to understand - well we understand it. For every product you buy we give you a point - each point is worth 1€ which can be used to get money off your next purchase. If you have enough points you can even pay for an entire order with them.
So just to clarify:
- You collect 1 point for each product you order
- Each point is worth 1€
- Paying with points is selectable like any other payment method.
- You can mix and match paying with points and cash/credit card to make up the rest
- You can view the amount of points you have earned by clicking on the My Account Section
Now, you'll be able to look even better safe in the knowledge that you saved yourself a few pound/euro/dollars/cowrie shells/camels*. (*Delete as appropriate).

Delivery and Returns
- How to return an item

"I have no problem with a fella coming back to me if something I've done isn't right and fair enough he's entitled to his opinion, but it needs to be within reason. If it's not, well jaysus I'll road him"
We stand firmly over the products that we make, after all that is what we make all the fuss about. We believe in quality and will not be happy until you are. We want you to tell your friends about us.
If our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will exchange them or give you your money back.
All goods should be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of order.
How to return
"The return pass has to be done right and for the right reasons. If it's not done right, then everyone starts complaining and we don't want that."
To simplify the returns process we have included a return address sticker. Please fill in the reverse side of the invoice and tell us why you are returning the goods so that we can quickly put it right. Make sure to obtain proof of posting at the Post office when you send your goods back.

Orders placed by midday will usually be dispatched the next working day (please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days).
Standard Delivery
For all orders under €100 a standard delivery cost of €3.95 applies for Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. It's become a little more expensive for us to send an item to the Republic of Ireland and we have had to increase the price to €5.00. Free Courier Delivery for all orders over €100 within Ireland. This should take between 2-5 working days.
International Delivery
For a maximum of two items, delivery to Mainland Europe costs €8.50, delivery to North America costs €10.00 and to deliver to Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world costs €15.00. If you wish to order more than two items please contact us for a shipping quote. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are.
Your order will posted first class post or courier service. For courier service a signature will be required. If you know that you are usually out when the postman arrives you can select to have the parcel sent to an alternative address.
Please note we are unable to offer a tracking service for our International Deliveries at this time
